Copal Goes off Grid

In Jan 2020 I began a new life in the mountains of Central Portugal.

The idea being to live a life in connection and harmony with nature. To grow my own food and resources in a way that is sustainable and of course enjoyable.

I will no doubt make as many wonderful discoveries as horrible mistakes and I will document it all here as well as on

my YouTube channel
